Actions in executive proceedings

Executive proceedings are the last and final resource and stage of recovering the debt. Efficiency and time of court executive officer’s execution depends not only on the debtor’s solvency, but also on the activity of executive bodies. While representing our clients, we also take care of appropriate course of the whole executive proceeding, and we also advance realization of the order that remains in our care.
